This year’s theme, “Transformation,” highlighted the vital role that art plays in personal growth and development, demonstrating how art influences us individually and how students’ creations evolve as their skills improve.

In conjunction with the officially chosen BIBS·CAF artworks, each school selected one piece from a student in each grade across the participating campuses. The displays included paintings, sculptures, digital art, mixed media pieces, and more, each telling its own story of transformation. This variety reflected the unique experiences and inspirations of the students, offering viewers a glimpse into their imaginative worlds. The creativity on display was a testament to the incredible potential within each young artist, promising a bright future for the next generation of creatives.
BASIS International & Bilingual Schools Chengdu’s simultaneous exhibition featured artworks from their own art students, ensuring that each had at least one piece displayed. This approach allowed every student to experience the pride of having their work presented to a broader audience.
The halls of BASIS Bilingual School Shenzhen came alive with innovation during the highly anticipated BIBS·CAF art exhibition. The exhibition presented a dynamic range of artistic works from ECE to Upper School, including digital installations, interactive sculptures, and avant-garde photography. Our newest school exhibited a collection of oil paintings, including several large pieces that demonstrate the students’ artistic abilities. They have also set up a special section for paper works, showcasing the unique creations students made during class. These artworks, rich in character, reveal the diverse aesthetic journeys of their creators and build a vibrant space for artistic dialogue.

BASIS International & Bilingual Schools Wuhan showcased over 200 artworks from students ranging from Pre-K1 to Grade 9, highlighting the immense creativity and dedication of our young artists. The exhibition featured a diverse range of media and techniques, including watercolor, charcoal, acrylic paint, epoxy resin, clay, linocut printing, and oil pastel, sculpture, demonstrating the students’ artistic growth and experimentation. The turnout was fantastic, with parents and students showing great enthusiasm and appreciation for the pieces on display. The hard work and effort that went into curating this exhibition truly paid off, making it a memorable celebration of artistic expression.

In addition to showcasing students’ carefully crafted artworks, BASIS International School Guangzhou also invited high school drama students, seventh-grade drama students, and members of the BTA Drama Club to deliver captivating performances. Through the art of theater, they presented their own interpretation of the theme “Transformation.”
The event took place at the campus main lobby for BASIS International School Shenzhen. During the live event, they also simultaneously live-streamed the other art exhibitions from around the network, allowing participants and viewers to engage with the artwork and appreciate the creativity of students from different schools. To further enhance the art exhibition, students from other fine arts disciplines performed during the event, including drama, choir, and
band.
Everyone was encouraged to fully engage with the artworks at BASIS International School Park Lane Harbour. Support and enthusiasm are what make the BIBS CAF a truly unforgettable experience each year.
